The Alpha week pack is made up of 9 different meals (21 meals in total), a perfect assortment for a week for one person. It comes in a plastic bucket for easy storage.

Storage : 8 years from the date of manufacture
Preparation advice: open the packaging and remove the oxygen absorber. Add hot water and mix well. Close the bag and wait 6 to 9 minutes depending on the meal.
